Visit us to walk along our boardwalk of our early town and look through the interior of buildings and stores, preserved as they once were. Then take a trip forward to the beginning of the electric era. Don't forget to check out our vast display of antique cars, the Safari Exhibit or weather permitting - Mini Golf. There is something to interest everyone, why not come see for yourself?
About Us
At Assiniboia & District Museum you will feel as though you stepped back in time. We have been dedicated to enriching the lives of all who visit our space.
For regular guests, we try to keep things interesting by regularly hosting exciting events and fresh new seasonal exhibits. Out of town guests enjoy our beloved exhibits such as the Farquhar Car exhibit, Boardwalk through time, and the Prentice Safari exhibit. The Nine Hole Mini Golf, weather permitting, will bring laughter, some fun to you and your family or friends.Come to our amazing museum soon. We like to share a few memories with you or have a game of Mini Golf to see who has the best putting shot.

Summer Hours Sunday to Saturday June 6 to August 16.
August 17 onward - Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm until October 31.

Closed at noon (12 to 1)
Closed Holidays (May 18, July 1, August 3, September 7, October 12

We close November 1 requests can be made through leave message on voicemail at 306 642 5353 or email address: assini.museum@sasktel.net. Please note that these are checked every 5 to 7 days so please make arrangements with that in mind.
We accept a donation for entering the Museum instead of a entrance fee. Example: $10 per person.
We accept cash (preferred), etransfers, and credit cards. Please ask for the etransfer information. Please note a fee will be added for fee on credit card.

We are non-profit organization and operate with donations and grants.
